The Challenge
Shruti Dhalmia is a luxury brand that needed an e-commerce presence to match its premium positioning. Off-the-shelf Shopify themes couldn't deliver the bespoke, high-end feel the brand required. The entire user experience — from browsing to checkout — needed to feel luxurious and intentional.
